DCS deep cycle Lithium Batteries deliver safe lithium phosphate (LFP) & Titanate (LTO) energy storage solutions for a wide variety of applications. Our 12V marine batteries are a similar sized battery to lead-acid batteries, which makes upgrading to DCS Lithium 12V Batteries a simple task, whilst offering six times the battery life and less than a third of the weight of lead-acid batteries.
DCS Lithium Batteries are light weight, yet due to their superior construction they are very strong and durable, and are able to withstand extreme levels of vibrations and shocks most suited for military, marine & 4WD applications. DCS Lithium Batteries are designed for deep-cycle (cyclic) applications and are a completely dry battery making them spill-proof and leak-proof and significantly safer than lead acid batteries.
DCS uses only the latest a grade lithium cell technologies sourced from specialised boutique manufactures that are well ahead of the industry in R&D of lithium cell technologies. DCS designs and engineers each battery pack, we have developed our own range of sophisticated battery managements systems (BMS) which are the brains inside everyone of our battery packs, ensuring the maximum service life is obtained with precise cell level management.

Here at DCS, designing lithium batteries is not only our bread and butter, but we love this safe and stable, robust high performance cell chemistry so much that we decided to invest and develop our own range of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Cell Management Systems (CMS) in 2015.
DCS BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
What was the objective? Well the reason we embarked on this project was that all the basic Chinese designed ‘BMS’s’ which really are just protection boards hard to call them a BMS’s when they don’t do any cell balancing or provide any means of programmability for various parameters and cell control.

DCS CELL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
Having developed such a industry leading and reliable BMS it made no sense to combine the cell balancing system together with the BMS. So we decided to develop a standalone CMS to compliment our BMS. CMS? What? OK so there are two ‘theories’ of cell balancing in the lithium world passive and active. With our many years of expertise designing and maintaining lithium batteries in the field let me tell you straight away both of these concepts are derived by some professors stuck in the 1970’s this is a dinosaur concept. Passive balancing is a cheap inferior method of cell management as your burning resistors in an attempt to bleed cell strings.

Multi RS Solar
The Multi RS Solar 48/6000 is a 48V 6kVA Inverter/Charger with two independent 3kWp PV 450V MPPT tracker inputs for 6kWp PV total.
Thanks to high frequency technology and a new design this powerful inverter weighs only 11kg. In addition to this it has an excellent efficiency, low standby power, and a very quiet operation.
The display reads battery, inverter and solar parameters. The same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Bluetooth enabled device, using the VictronConnect app.
In mid-2023 the Multi RS was revised from a single MPPT tracker to a dual MPPT tracker model.
